This policy explains what personal information Kalm Bay, LLC collects through t7e.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

t7e is a brand of Kalm Bay, LLC (“Kalm Bay”, “we”). Kalm Bay is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Questions about this policy go to hello@kalmbay.com.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you book a call through our scheduling widget, you share your name, email address, and anything you add to the booking notes. When you email us, we receive your message and contact details.

Information from advertising platforms. We run ads on LinkedIn. If you interact with our ads or submit a lead form there, LinkedIn sends us the information you provided: typically your name, work email, company, and job title.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you request. The advertising technologies described below also collect data automatically.

Advertising technologies

With your permission, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this website. It sets cookies and collects information about your visit: your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, and actions such as booking a working session. LinkedIn uses this data to measure how our campaigns perform, build advertising audiences, and show relevant ads on its platform. LinkedIn processes it under its privacy policy.

The tag does not load unless you accept advertising cookies in our privacy choice banner. A strictly necessary preference cookie named t7e_cookie_consent stores your choice for six months so we can respect it on later visits. You can change it using Cookie settings in the footer.

We use personal information to:

  • measure how our marketing performs;

For visitors in the EEA or the UK, our legal bases are consent (advertising cookies), legitimate interests (responding to business inquiries and marketing our services), and performance of a contract.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it with:

  • Service providers that run parts of the website: Cal.com for scheduling and Cloudflare for hosting.
  • Advertising platforms: LinkedIn receives data through the technology described above after you consent. Some US state laws treat this as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out using the tools above or by emailing us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • A buyer or successor, if Kalm Bay is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email hello@kalmbay.com to exercise these rights. We will not discriminate against you for doing so. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process personal information there. If you visit from outside the US, your information is transferred to the US.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website or the law changes. The current version is always at t7e.ai/privacy, with its effective date at the top.
